Padang Sauce Crab


material:
6 pieces of crab / small crab
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
2 tablespoons ground red chili
• 150 ml water
• 1 teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Spice puree:
• 5 spring onions, stir-fry
3 cloves garlic, saute

HOW TO MAKE:
